Shipping policy
Domestic Shipping (Pakistan Post & Leopard Courier)
We dispatch domestic orders via Pakistan Post and Leopard Courier.
Pakistan Post: Delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days. Orders confirmed before 2:00 PM are shipped the same day, and orders confirmed after 2:00 PM are dispatched the next working day.
Leopard Courier: Delivery takes 1 to 3 working days.
Note: No shipments are made on Fridays and Sundays.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available only via Pakistan Post.
Delivery charges must be paid in advance, while the remaining amount is paid to the postman at delivery.
COD charges may vary (Rs. 200-250) due to extra collection fees.
Urgent Domestic Shipping
For urgent deliveries, we recommend using Leopard Courier for faster shipping. Delivery takes 1 to 3 working days, but COD is not available with Leopard Courier.
Same-Day Delivery in Lahore & Faisalabad
Same-day delivery is available in Lahore and Faisalabad, provided the ordered book is available at the desired location.
Self-collection is available from our showrooms.
Customers need to book the rider for delivery on their own, so the rider can collect delivery charges at the time of parcel delivery.
International Shipping
International deliveries usually take 15 to 21 working days.

Customs duties and taxes are the recipient’s responsibility. Tracking IDs are provided for all international shipments.
Urgent International Shipping
For faster delivery, private courier services are available, though COD is not available for international shipments.
Additional Notes
Parcels over 20 kg can be sent via cargo (bilty) services.
Same-day delivery is available in Lahore and Faisalabad.
If delivery is delayed, we will file a complaint and follow up with the courier.
Full refunds are provided if a domestic order is not delivered within 21 days.
All parcels are packed in waterproof and dustproof packaging to ensure safety. In case of a damaged or open parcel, please do not accept and contact us immediately.
